BioSquares turns consumer transactions into verified restoration infrastructure.

Every product on the shelf draws from nature. Until now, commerce has had no transaction layer for returning capital to the ecosystem it uses. BioSquares is built to be that layer.

The capital exists in commerce. The routing layer does not.

The $700 billion biodiversity finance gap is not a funding shortage. It is a routing problem.

Every consumer product on every shelf draws on natural resources. Industry has extracted from that resource base continuously, at scale, and at speed. The omission is structural: the infrastructure to connect a product transaction to the ecosystem it draws from has never existed.

BioSquares is built to fix that. Not as an add-on, pledge, or campaign, but as the foundation: transaction processing infrastructure for verified biodiversity restoration.

The capital moves through commerce every day. It never reaches the ecosystems it came from.
The model

BioSquares applies the loyalty-program mechanic to the one asset commerce has never paid for.

Every loyalty program proved that microtransactions change behavior at scale. Coffee, flights, groceries, and credit-card points all accumulate value from small fractions the consumer barely notices. BioSquares applies that model to verified conservation.

A brand commits $0.50 to $1.00 per unit upfront. When a consumer buys a qualifying product or concert ticket, the BioSquares rail activates. 85% routes to a named account for a verified conservation unit, while 15% sustains the platform.

Not a pledge. Not a program. Infrastructure.

01

Brand commits

Contribution tied to a SKU, ticket, or product run before the consumer acts.

02

Consumer scans

The purchase or content share releases the committed conservation funding.

03

BFA issued

A Biodiversity Funded Action becomes the permanent, GPS-referenced proof record.

Underwater kelp forest representing the BioSquares Ocean MVP

Blue Economy first. Every ecosystem next.

The first deployment focuses on ocean and marine ecosystems, where product-to-resource connection is direct and SDG-14 remains the least-funded UN Sustainable Development Goal. The same rail can expand across forests, freshwater, grasslands, and every ecosystem commerce touches.

Market opportunity

Four converging markets. One infrastructure layer.

BioSquares is not confined to one market. It sits at the intersection of consumer goods, live entertainment, nature finance, and compliance software. Each is large on its own; together they create a rare infrastructure opening.

Consumer goods $14T

Global consumer packaged goods sold annually. Every qualifying SKU can become a BioSquares activation point.

Live entertainment $500B

Global live entertainment and ticketing, with 500 million concert tickets sold per year.

Nature finance $69B

Projected voluntary biodiversity and nature-credit market by 2030, with BFA records as evidentiary infrastructure.

ESG compliance SaaS $18B

Projected ESG compliance and reporting software by 2028, pulled forward by active anti-greenwashing enforcement.

Revenue model

Three revenue streams at launch. A fourth in development.

Transaction fees

A micro-fee on every qualifying brand activation through the BFF rail. Revenue begins with the first transaction and scales with partner volume.

Compliance SaaS

Subscription licensing for brands that need verified, auditable environmental substantiation before making public claims.

Data licensing

A SKU-level, first-party consumer proof network licensed to institutions pricing nature-related financial risk.

BSQ Nature Credits

In development: verified BFA records become the underlying evidence for traceable biodiversity credits aligned with TNFD and CSRD.

Why it matters

The same infrastructure solves a different critical problem for each participant.

For brands

A pre-substantiated environmental claim generated from the same transaction that funds the conservation act.

For conservation partners

Recurring, commerce-linked capital routed directly to verified projects, independent of grant cycles and donor fatigue.

For consumers

A named, geolocated Digital Medallion tied to a specific purchase, ecosystem, and timestamped act of restoration.

Every variable has a real-world benchmark.

The financial case is built on proven consumer behavior, confirmed market demand, and a staged deployment with defined milestones.

Live entertainment channel 6M

Trees transacted through Dave Matthews Band fan conservation engagement since 2021. The benchmark shows fans fund nature at point of ticket.

Brand channel 50-100

Brand integrations targeted within 24 months across personal care, blue economy, and consumer goods.

24-month revenue target $12.5M

Driven by two anchor artist deals, 50 to 100 brand integrations, and staged MVP deployment.

Dave Matthews Band has transacted six million trees through fan conservation engagement since 2021. BioSquares is the infrastructure that makes that behavior permanent, verified, and commercially replicable.
Proprietary architecture

Frictionless at the surface. Rigorous at the core.

BFF Rail

Biodiversity Fractalized Funding is the routing engine beneath BioSquares. It turns a committed per-unit contribution into a verified conservation transaction without pools, delays, or intermediary ambiguity.

BFA Proof

Biodiversity Funded Action is the consumer proof token: GPS-referenced, timestamped, SKU-linked, and permanently recorded as evidence of a specific conservation act.

One transaction produces three outputs: consumer reward, brand compliance evidence, and the data substrate for a future BSQ Nature Credit market.

What we have established

Relationships and agreements are secured before the MVP ships.

  • Joint venture relationship established with a UK-based sports fan engagement company for ticketing and loyalty activation.
  • Confirmed channel with a UNDP-aligned development entity, connecting BioSquares to international conservation finance networks.
  • Active collaboration with the Biodiversity Credit Alliance on contribution-integrity standards and the BSQ Nature Credit framework.
  • Direct access to a pipeline of hundreds of warm brand prospects through a Canadian sector cluster relationship.
  • Active conversations across brands, NPOs, and industry associations in consumer goods, live entertainment, and conservation.
The team

Assembled for this specific challenge.

Founder and CEO

Three decades building and scaling technology companies, including taking one public. Architect of the BioSquares funding infrastructure.

Chief Technology Officer

Enterprise data-platform and production AI leadership, building systems that perform under real commercial load.

Engineering and Development

Senior AI, machine learning, and agentic systems experience applied to commerce-scale transaction infrastructure.

Operations and Advisory

Cleantech, impact investment, biodiversity science, UN SDG access, live events, sponsorship, and enterprise brand integration.

Roadmap

A platform that grows more valuable with every brand, ecosystem, and transaction.

Now

Blue Economy launch

Begin where the funding gap is acute and the product-to-ecosystem connection is direct: ocean and marine restoration aligned with SDG-14.

Year one

Nature-credit evidence layer

Each verified BFA record becomes the underlying evidence for a traceable BSQ Nature Credit.

Year two

Scale across brands and ecosystems

More brand partners, product categories, and ecosystem types deepen the proof network and expand the data asset.

Long arc

A global conservation transaction layer

Every product category can route capital back to the ecosystem it depends on, one verified consumer transaction at a time.

This is not a concept. This is a closing round.

BioSquares is transaction processing infrastructure for the global consumer goods market: the first platform to route verified conservation capital to the ecosystem each product impacts, generate a consumer ecological reward, and produce a pre-substantiated environmental claim from the same event.

We are looking for a small number of investors who understand infrastructure plays, regulatory timing, and data asset value.
